Hello everyone! Today I created this beautiful glitter halo eye perfect for the holidays this year.
First I’m taking this white eyeshadow from the Morphe 35W Palette and applying that all over my eye for a base for my eyeshadow. To do this I used a Zoeva 222 / Luxe* all over shader brush.
Now going in with this orange from the same palette using a Zoeva 221 / Luxe soft crease and applying this in my crease, making sure it is blended out nice and smoothly.
Using the Lime Crime Venus palette I’m taking the shade creation which is a burnt orange shade. I’m applying this with a dense Zoeva 231 / Luxe petit crease* and applying this in my crease, outer and inner corner of my eye. Make sure this is blended out so there are no harsh lines. I also apply a small amount of this under my eye.
Going in with Muse from the Venus palette on the same brush I’m blending this colour into my outer and inner corner and bringing this up into my crease. Then I’m blending the red into the orange shades with the Zoeva 228 / Luxe crease brush.
Now going in with the darkest shade in the palette Icon, which is a dark chocolate. I’m taking that same dense blending brush and working that into my outer corner, making the eyeshadow dark and smoky. Again blending this into the other colours making sure there are no harsh edges. I’m also bringing that brown under my eye on the lash line using the tiny brush side of the Morphe M156.
I’m taking one of my new favourite makeup products in my collection, the Stila Magnificent Metals Liquid Eyeshadow in the shade Rose Gold Retro. Using a Zoeva 237 / Detail shader, I’m applying this to the centre of my eye and creating a half cut crease halo eye. Then using the applicator I’m putting this right in the centre to really make the shimmer pop. I love how these look, they are so pigmented and glittery 100% worth the money in my opinion.
I’m using my trusted Rimmel Glam professional liquid black eyeliner* and creating a strong winged liner. Been using this for as long as I can remember, the applicator is really easy to use and the colour is a very dark black.
I use the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara* applying it to my top and bottom lashes. I’m using this to separate my lashes prepping them for my falsies.
Now taking my favourite blush, as you guys know I use this all the time, Rockateur by Benefit*. My favourite brush to apply this is the Zoeva 101 / Luxe face definer* and I apply this on top of my cheekbones and a little bit up the side to really lift my face.
I’m now bronzing using the Too Face chocolate powder, which smells just like hot chocolate, and applying this using the Zoeva 127 Luxe Sheer Cheek Brush* putting this on my cheekbones and around my forehead. To really carve out my cheekbones I’m taking a Zoeva 109 / Luxe face paint brush*, which really helps get a perfect blurred out contour line.
Time for highlighter! I’m taking a new favourite palette to my collection the Sleek highlighting palette*. These are super pigmented and leave the skin with a beautiful wet glow which looks amazing when it catches the light. I’m using the orange shade from this palette and applying it using a Zoeva 105 / Luxe highlight brush*, applying it to the top of my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose, on my brow bone, inner corner and a little bit on my cupids bow.
Now it’s time to apply my false lashes, these are the Ardell Natural Black Wispies*. These are so pretty on the eye but also super affordable.
I hope you guys enjoyed this video, I love how this makeup turned out. It is perfect for these Christmas holidays, or even if you just want to glam yourself up. If you recreate this look make sure tag me in your photos on Instagram, would love to see them! <3 x
